1.   What is taught at the School?          The core training of our School centers around the Chinese Martial Arts.

​​2.   Who is the Senior Teacher?          Travis N. Mick.


3.   How much does it cost?          $30.00 per month.   (family discounts available)

4.   When and how often are classes?          Presently, classes are held each Saturday evening 7pm - 9pm.

5.   Are there any age limits?          Yes.   At the present time we are not accepting children under the age of 8yrs.

6.   Are there any additional charges besides the monthly dues?          No.   Everything you need to train is here at the School.  
                                                                                                                There is no charge for testing and promotions.

7.   Can I watch a class first, before I decide to join?          Absolutely.

8.   Do you use weapons of any sort?          Yes.   We train with the four major traditional weapons.

9.   ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Why Traditional instead of Modern trends?          There are many reasons actually.   And a complete explanation is given in
                                                                                    our manual.   But a simple and brief answer is that the skills needed years
                                                                                    ago are still the same today.    The basic principles have never changed.

​​​​10.   Are the classes large or small?          A martial arts class is a constant cycle of students coming and going, especially for one
                                                                   located in rural areas.   But in general, classes are usually smaller in scale.​

​​11.   How often do you have tests or promotions?          There is no set time.   When a student is deemed ready by the Senior
                                                                                         Teacher, they are then tested.    Depending upon the student, this could
                                                                                         be sooner, or later.    ​​

12.   ​​What should I do if I decide that I would like to join the School?          Simply visit the school and ask to speak with someone
                                                                                                                      about joining, it's that simple.   The Senior Teacher will 
                                                                                                                      guide and help you from there, in order to make your
                                                                                                                      first class as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.​​​​
